Placing your order

Availability

All items on our website are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if an item you have ordered is not available.

Payment

※ When using debit card (UnionPay etc.), please select PayPal from the list of payment methods and pay using the button at the bottom of the PayPal payment screen.
※ Settlement currency is conducted in Japanese yen. Please check the currency exchange rate directly with your payment company.

When paying by credit card
・The number of payments is only a lump sum payment.
・The timing of the debit usage fee is based on the closing date of the card used, so please contact your card company for further details.

When paying with PayPal
・Please select the shipping address registered on PayPal. If you want to add or change the shipping address, please use PayPal's "Add or change address".

・When using PayPal, you may need to open an account with PayPal in advance.

When paying with Alipay
・To use Alipay, you will need to open an account with Alipay in advance.

When paying with UnionPay
・If you use UnionPay (* Delivery country: China only), you have to register your debit card information on PayPal.

Shipping

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost is not included in the product price.
It is displayed on your shopping cart as a shippig and handling cost, depending on values.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Shipping days

The estimated delivery time for each shipping carrier to deliver the product to the customer after shipment is as follows
EMS: 7 to 20 days
ePacket: 15 to 30 days
DHL: 1 to 7 days
FedEx: 1 to 7 days
ECMS: 8-14 days approx.

*Transportation schedule changes due to weather conditions and customs clearance procedures may result in a longer delivery time than planned.

Order amendments

Unfortunately we are unable to add items to or remove items from an order once it has been placed.

Cancellations & Returns & Refunds

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed by the customer.
Please check your order carefully before placing an order.

However, if an item is damaged during shipping, it is covered by the shipping company.
If an item is damaged, please keep the item and all packing materials and boxes.
You may need to check the situation in case it is necessary.

After checking the situation, WorldShopping will apply for compensation to the shipping company.
